Trial request form
We collect the service you are interested in, the days and times you would like us to contact you, what you want to solve or evaluate, your company name, sector and team size (optional), your name, job title, email, phone and preferred language. We use them to contact you, prepare a tailored trial and, where appropriate, send you a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Support form
If you are already a client or in a trial period, we collect the service, issue type, description, company and your contact details to handle the request. The legal basis is the performance of the contract or trial.
Marketing information
We will only send you marketing information if you expressly tick the box on the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to info@bussinesentropy.com.
Confidential services
For services marked as confidential, we do not ask for financial or third-party data on the form. That information is only handled after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
Cookies
If you have an account and log in to this site, a temporary cookie is set to check whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close the browser. Logging in also sets cookies to keep your session and screen options.

Visit statistics
To find out how many people visit the website and which pages they find useful, we use our own counter, hosted on our server, which uses no cookies and does not store your IP address. For each visit we record the page viewed, the referring website, the device type, the browser, the operating system and the browser language. To tell apart visits on the same day we use an anonymous identifier that changes every 24 hours and cannot identify you. This data is not shared with anyone and is deleted after 13 months. Visits from browsers with "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control enabled are not counted.
This website uses no advertising, third-party analytics or social media cookies.
Who we share your data with
Requests relating to services provided by partner companies (Flaibus, Bluemoore) may be shared with them only as far as needed to prepare the trial or proposal. We do not share data with other third parties unless legally required.
How long we keep your data
Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted automatically 12 months after the last update. If a contract is signed, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and as long as the law requires.
Your rights over your data
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@bussinesentropy.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT).
